Makes about 9 cups of flour
Ingredients:
4 cups brown rice flour
2 cups white rice flour
2 cups potato starch
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup corn starch
2 Tbsp xanthan gum
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly, about 5 minutes, to ensure the mixture is well combined.
- Use right away, or store in some container that is airtight
